Setting a goal to walk 10,000 steps per day helped me to push myself. Once I set my step goal, I then noticed all the opportunities to move more. These opportunities were always there but I never noticed them because they were always in front of me. This is a powerful reminder that once you set goals, you can see opportunities you otherwise wouldn't have seen.
3. My life is more balanced now
Before I had the Yeyro Ring, I heard the term heart rate variability (HRV) before but never knew what it meant. Now that I have it, I know that HRV is a metric of your health and longevity.
Many people have never heard of Heart Rate Variability, which is not something that is mentioned in conventional forms of education and sometimes ignored by doctors.
Your heart rate variability is a collection of variations in time (milliseconds) in your heartbeat. HRV can be anywhere from below 20 milliseconds to over 200, depending on factors such as age, gender, physical fitness and genetics. Each person has their own normalized range of HRV, so it is important to understand and know your body's unique pattern.
The ring helps you monitor how balanced your nervous system is. Ideally, a more balanced nervous system correlates with higher health and life expectancy. When your nervous system is in balance, you will be happy.
4. I feel less fatigued
When browsing Instagram, machines use data from your past browsing to provide a personalized experience. For instance, when I go to Instagram, I see a different front page than you would because an algorithm is using my data to provide something relevant and meaningful for me to look at. Recommendations in apps are very personalized, and are often based on what might interest you.
The algorithm of the Yeyro Ring helps measure and assess your health. One of the best parts about it is the Readiness dashboard, which scores your overall health. I eat 800 calories in one sitting during the day and always feel sluggish after. It doesn't matter what meal it is, it makes me feel sluggish. Even when I have more time to digest, my sleep is terrible.
