Yes, you can wear the Yeyro Ring while exercising. We recommend you wear it, as the data will be far more accurate than a smartwatch. Your smartwatch can produce error-prone data as it has the potential to move around on your wrist. The Yeyro Ring fits snugly and securely around the base of your finger.

The Yeyro Ring currently monitors your heart rate in beats per minute (BPM), blood oxygen saturation % (SO2),  daily steps and calories, and body temperature. We will soon be providing sleep quality and metabolism monitoring. Check out our upcoming features on our Launch Pad.

Yes, the Yeyro Ring is IPX8 rated, which means you can wear it while showering and swimming. As long as you don't expose it to a water level deeper than 3 meters, at which point water pressure will break its waterproofing integrity.

You can search for the Yeyro ring in our app, but you must be within a 5-meter radius of it. If things go south for you (which we hope they don’t), buy a new Yeyro ring and connect it with your app. You won't lose any of your historical data as it lives on the app.
